French perfume brand Kilian Paris has made quite the name for itself over the past decade. It always helps when the brand is fronted by the heir to the Hennessy throne. With a rich history of cognac production, the brand has decided to abstain from drink in this fragrant expression in exchange for a separate addiction. This ode to cannabis is as intoxicating as it is mysterious. While cannabis perfumes are not new in the perfume industry, no other expression of this herbal note does it better than Kilian Paris! A smoky introduction bearing notes of cannabis and tobacco leaf eventual simmer to a heart of eucalyptus and mate, which both prolong the herbal aroma of this guilty-pleasure perfume. Cardamom is green and spicy, and it contributes to the hemp feel of the fragrance in the most exotic and opulent way. Cashmere wood adds smoothness to the blend, and we rely on birch for its smoky edge.
